Diamondjack is inspired by a lifetime of dining experiences. Owners Micah and Rachel Talley were raised in Maryville, Tenn. Micah was exposed to the hospitality industry at an early age – as his parents owned several blue-collar restaurants in the area.
The Armory
The Armory is a dining and entertainment destination planned for downtown Maryville. The development’s design pays homage to a deteriorated, historic structure on the site while enlivening the venue through a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces. The 27,400-square-foot venue includes approximately 15,450 square feet on the main level and 11,950 square feet above.
Walnut Kitchen
If you’re looking for a unique dining experience, look no further than our Chef Tastings. On Friday + Saturday evenings, our chefs craft an off-menu multi-course meal with optional wine pairings. Sitting at our kitchen pass, guests are directly across from chef as they finish and serve each course.

Foothills Parkway
The Foothills Parkway (as of December 2018) consists of 33 miles connecting US 129 and US 321 in Tennessee. This scenic drive through US Forest Service lands offers a number of fabulous views of east Tennessee all the way to the Cumberland Mountains some 50 miles to the west and the Great Smoky Mountains just a stone’s throw to the east.
